Not 100% in love? Let’s fix that—returns and exchanges are easy with us. 

Our Return Policy 

SWAN accepts returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order for eligible items. To be eligible: 

  • Your item must be unused and in its original condition. 

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and accessories. 

We only accept returns or exchanges on orders placed directly through our website (swan-athletics.com).

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange: 

  1. Send us an email at swanathletics@gmail.com within 7 working days of delivery. 

  2. Include your full name, order number, and reason for return or exchange. 

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange pickup if eligible. 

Please note: 

  • Returns are refundable via store credit. 

  • A return delivery fee of 4.00$ applies and will be deducted from your store credit. 

Items Not Eligible for Return 

Due to hygiene and handling restrictions, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: 

  • Resistance bands (SWAN SNUGS) 

  • Ankle and Wrist weights (SWAN SWAYS) 

  • Yoga Mat (SWAN STAYS) 

Can I Exchange Instead of Return? 

Yes! If you'd like to exchange for a different color or item of equal value, we’re happy to process an exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship your replacement.
