What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders placed in Lebanon.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, SWAN ships only within Lebanon. Stay tuned for future updates as we expand!


What is your return and exchange policy?

Not 100% in love? Let’s fix that—returns and exchanges are easy with us.

  • You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Returns are eligible only for orders placed through swan-athletics.com.


How do I request a return or exchange?

  • Email us at swanathletics@gmail.com within 7 working days of delivery.

  • Include your full name, order number, and reason for return or exchange.

  • Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange pickup if eligible.


Are returns free?

  • Returns are refundable via store credit.

  • A $4 return delivery fee applies and will be deducted from your store credit.


Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?

For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Resistance Bands (SWAN SNUGS)

  • Ankle & Wrist Weights (SWAN SWAYS)

  • Yoga Mat (SWAN STAYS)


Can I exchange instead of return?

Yes! You may exchange for a different color or an item of equal value.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship your replacement.
